  Very friendly desk staff, easy to get appointments. Ana is wonderful, my favourite lady. She always knows how to do my hair, always cheerful and helpful.

  I never thought I'd go to a salon called Chatters, but I did, and it was expensive. Thing is, you get what you pay for and my hair looks spectacular.
  
  The reception staff are friendly and efficient, and the environment is welcoming and relaxing. My stylist, Evelyn, is an absolute genius. She listened to exactly what I wanted, did an excellent job and explained her processes well.
  
  My expectations were mostly managed, except that the whole shebang cost about $100 more than what was outlined at the beginning of my appointment.
  
  I'm happy with my perfect pastel hair though, so I can't complain too much. Will definitely return.

  The lady who helped me was very passionate at went through all the product choices. I am very allergic to coconut and many products of this in it and she took the time to read every bottle and even google words just to make sure I didn't buy something that had coconut in it. Thank you very much. I will return. Only thing is I wish the products had more sales on them.

  I went in to see Evelyn, I came into the salon of getting high lights and she said that balayage would look much better. She listened to everything I had to say and made me feel completely comfortable and at home. I am so happy with the end result. Thank you so much Evelyn and East Hills Chatters team. I will be coming back.

  Have been to this location twice now and 2 different stylists. Both times my experience was great my thanks to Annie and Allie both super gals. Not to forget the front end staff super friendly as soon as you walk through the door to your exit. First class service package. Would recommend.
