  The food was good and the restaurant was clean, but our server, Liam was very abrupt and kind of rude. When we explained our dietary restrictions to him, he almost seemed annoyed and was pushy to suggest what we should order, rather than letting us reexamine the menu to figure out what worked for us. We never got beverage refills..and when he did the order check after we received our meals, he basically did it as he was rushing by.."sort of a "food is good...great" without giving us time to answer.

  Service was quick, food was great. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because our waiter was a bit ignorant. I have a newly diagnostic health condition and I am very limited to what I can eat. When I ask him to tell me about the different ways the chicken wings were cooked he spoke to me like I was an idiot. I won't name him on here but I can tell you when we got in the vehicle to go home the people I was with also mentioned his condescending manner as well. I do have to say though he was attentive with our drinks and had refills ready to go before we asked.

  It’s just meh here. I find service is hit or miss depending on the night. Food is the same, some nights it’s better than others. We had a waiter one time that was fantastic with our kiddo, she was ecstatic that he gave her a balloon. Haven’t had service like that since.

  This Boston Pizza was fantastic and the service was equally great! It was a typical Saturday evening and the restaurant was filled with hungry diners and shoppers from the mall. I was there with my family and we were promptly greeted by our friendly hostess and seated in a very comfortable booth within two minutes. In less than five minutes, our lovely waitress, Amanda was at our table to ask us for our drinks. In less than fifteen minutes, all of our food arrived and it was delicious as usual. The atmosphere was great and the food and service was exceptional. Cheers to all of the hardworking staff at this Boston Pizza!!!
