  Been using this location in Airdrie for 2 years now. Downsized to a smaller unit. Staff was very helpful. The manager was terrific. Always doings her best to meet your needs at a fair price.

  I am so grateful we went with Public Storage Airdrie! Figuring out the logistics to move from a very remote town on Vancouver Island to Alberta with three cats and a baby has been stressful BUT they have made our storage experience completely stress free!
  
  Every person I’ve spoken with has been nothing but kind and extremely helpful! Even when I grossly underestimated how much space we’d need, they were able to help change our reservation to something more suitable at the last minute and made everything so easy.
  
  I read that their prices might be a bit higher than other storage spaces but I can guarantee you won’t find this level of customer service elsewhere, and for me that’s 100% worth a few extra dollars. Plus, I find their prices to be totally reasonable and they offered us two different promotions to help keep costs down.
  
  Thank you for helping our family. You are living up to the “everyone is friendlier in Alberta” reputation we’ve heard so much about!

  Excellent service from the call centre when booking to the staff at the front desk! The units are extremely clean and easy to access. I would definitely use Public Storage again and recommend them!

  Today I went into Public Storage for a quote and was kindly greeted by Nicole. She was extremely polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and the vast amount of moving/packing supplies. It makes my move so much easier as I have a one stop shop for everything I need for in quality supplies. Nicole also explained how my unit would be climate controlled in a secured setting. Thank you Nicole for putting my concerns to rest in knowing that my items will be safe. I look forward in renting a locker from you shortly!
