Always have an amazing experience at this store! The staff is always friendly and so helpful! They are full of knowledge and make me feel comfortable when making a purchase.

I have dealt with the Okotoks staff a few times and they are excellent. Very knowledgeable with a genuineness to help you find the right product rather than just to make a sale. I believe the manager is the person responsible for the positive culture at this store.

I have never experienced a better electronic/appliance store than Visions. Always there to help, answers all my questions, follows up with estimates and will never be beaten in price. Their warranty system is a no brainer and should always be purchased. Money back if I don't use it!! If visions can order it, I'll never go anywhere else.
