They understood my conditions and came up with solutions that exceeded my initial plan. Andrew, Marty, and Tim provided my contracted work. And the office staff kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and offering solutions of other contractors. I hope to do more work with them on the Siksika Reservation. Thanks

We have an older home and each time the entire team, from the office to the technicians to the owner have worked personally to help solve the plumbing challenges of a 100 year old house.

(March 3, 2019, 9:15 am)Exceptional service! I received a call from our tenant at midnight on a Saturday. The furnace wouldn't stay running and the unit was getting colder as time passed, being -30 outside. I started calling 24 hour furnace companies and Chris with McCance, returned my call within 5 minutes of leaving a message on the mainline's voice mail. Not only did he assure me he'd get out to the property, he contacted my tenant and did some trouble shooting over the phone with her. It just so happened that it was a filter issue and after removing the unclean filter, the furnace would stay running. Unreal service! Hands down my go to guy when I'm in need of a furnace repair or replacement. And to top it all off, there was no charge. Thanks again Chris, you helped two people in need that night.

(March 2, 2019, 3:36 pm)We highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. We had to have all our poly B water pipes replaced and the plumber who did the work, Chris was fantastic. He always kept us in the loop regarding what he was doing. He took great care in keeping the damage as minor as possible, carefully scouting out where to cut into the finished ceilings and walls. Before starting we received a detailed quote for the work to be done which was quite accurate on completion. We truly cannot say enough regarding how pleased we were with everything from beginning to end. Thank you
