I had an eye exam and a follow up explanation on options for eyeglasses at Okotoks Eyecare on July 24. It was an exceptional experience.
Kelly warmly greeted me when I entered and following some quick paperwork introduced me to a young lady whose name I forget who competently completed some preliminary work before I was to meet the doctor.
Dr. Cheon was personable and very prepared as she was fully aware of the circumstances that brought me to her practice before we met.
She was assuring, patient and understanding of the needs that I expressed were most important to me. Dr. Cheon used some techniques that I had never seen before in trying to focus on how to best address my sight and needs.
The explanation, options and her recommendations were clear and understandable.
I was met by Bonnie in the optometry centre who also provided service excellence and patiently provided me with several options in a manner completely free of sales pressure.
I highly recommend Okotoks Eyecare for excellent professional assessment, exceptional staff and for quality eyeglasses!

No waiting to see the optometrist. Effective use of diagnostic technologies to confirm changes in my eye had stabilized. Good recommendations how to deal with dry eye condition. Pleasant and professional team.

I could give a dozen examples of their excellent service. Recently, my puppy chewed up my Ray Bans. Liz took the time to replace the ear pieces and made sure they fit me perfectly.
