(January 12, 2019, 3:51 am)I have had such a wonderful experience at this bank since moving to Okotoks. The tellers have always been friendly and helpful and there is never a long wait. Today I scheduled a meeting with Kathleen and it was by far the best experience I have had at a bank. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond what I had hoped to accomplish when I met with her. She was very genuine in helping me to ensure that I felt knowledgeable and comfortable. She connected me with the CiBC imperial service which I am surprised I have never heard of before because it is such a great service for non-savvy investors like me.
I look forward to continuing my banking with CiBC. -
