If it were possible to give more stars, we would. What a remarkable home buying experience Dawn facilitated for us. After reading her profile online, we reached out via text message late one evening (on a weekend at that), and Dawn responded within 12hr, and consistently responded in a timely manner throughout the process. Amongst her other obligations, she made herself available early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and in sub zero temperatures. She is down to earth, professional, personable, patient, and most importantly honest. Although we are confident we weren’t her only clients, we felt as though we were her #1 priority throughout the process. No request (and believe me, there were some HUGE favours asked of her) seemed to big, and were not only fulfilled, but done so beyond all expectations. She truly went above and beyond in every aspect. She treated us with the utmost respect versus just another contract between realtor/buyer. She focused on us, not her commission. Dawn truly listened and respected our wishes/wants and found us the perfect property to call our new home. In each listing we considered, Dawn had completed her homework and was not only knowledgable about the home, but the area also. We are pleased to say this was a stress free experience. When sharing updates in our journey with our friends whom have existing or former contracts with realtors, they couldn’t believe the service we were getting. To quote many of them “wow, my realtor didn’t do that for me.” We can’t speak highly enough of our realtor, and would recommend Dawn to anyone seeking representation. It seems easy to think it should be like this with any realtor you choose, but the reality is it’s not. Thank you again Dawn, keep doing what you do. You are a exemplary example for others to aspire to.
