PROS: Clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. Many small playgrounds. Local campers generally keep to themselves. Quiet during the week. Good price for the area. Away from major roads. Security keeps rowdy intoxicated people in check. Some large lots. Most RV sites can handle heavy rain. Large firepits.
CONS: Lacking on grass area in sites. Weekends before 12am can get loud. Dogs running loose and using other people's lots as bathrooms or going through food. Last few days went half of each day without water in entire camp. Many longterm lots are an eyesore.
Like any campsite, a large amount of intoxicated people daily, and the smell of marijuana is potent.
