  I was lucky enough to win a giveaway they had for their new cat shaped ashes in glass designs. David was super helpful to deal with and very patient with lots of questions about colors. After receiving my cremains, he was finished the piece very quickly. He shipped it to me very securely with tracking and it arrived 2 days after shipping. Overall, a fantastic experience with a gorgeous piece to remember my Poutine by! I can’t say enough great things about David and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a unique memorial piece.

  Beautiful memorials made by a kind and genuine owner/operator.
  
  I had a large order of orbs and at the time wasn't feeling that great with chemo side effects. David provided me great customer service and went out of his way to assure me that everything would be ready in time for a family event.
  
  While i was dropping off ashes he took the time to show me the steps and skills that he patiently takes to make sure each orb is precise with my ashes and colours.
  
  My family was very impressed and each person appreciated the simple beauty of the orbs.
  
  Going back for a sparrow at the next workshop.
  
  Highly recommend this company - it's one of a kind and affordable compared to similar memorial items at funeral homes.

  We just had two orbs made by Okotoks Hot Glass and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The owner is amazing to work with and super friendly. So many options for colours and our orbs turned out fantastic. Definitely recommend watching them make your glass art piece, great idea by the owner to involve clients this way! Highly recommend them!

  I had a great experience with Okotoks Hot Glass getting two memorial orbs made with my dog Lexie’s ashes. The staff were super kind and very skilled artisans. It was great to be included in the process and very special to get to watch them get made. There were so many colours to choose from. I was really happy with the results and glad I chose bright colours. Just a heads up when you enter the address on google it takes you to the wrong location. The hot glass studio is located behind Okotoks Market.
