(May 9, 2019, 9:02 pm)Although a bit pricey, the food here is very good. I ordered a standard pastrami sandwich and enjoyed it very much. Even more so than the food, the staff is incredibly welcoming and warm. We came in and had a large party - they worked with use to put chairs and tables together to ensure that we could all sit together - that is service. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

(April 2, 2019, 9:53 pm)Grumans is a deli that excels at what a deli should: Delicious comfort food. Even the simplest of menu items, a bagel with cream cheese is done well. The bagels are nicely toasted with a generous filling of very good cream cheese. But the sandwiches and desserts are great, too, and oh God, I love the matzo ball soup!

(March 5, 2019, 2:49 pm)Friendly and attentive staff. The smoked meat sandwiches are very good. There is an area to eat in with a dozen (+/-) tables. Underground parking is available around the corner. The chicken liver pate is excellent and a "must try". I recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and looking for smoked meat.
