  Really enjoyed the program set-up. the coaches are also amazing and really push you to improve. I definitely never left a class not covered in sweat (I know, gross, but thats how it goes). Thumbs up for the program.

  Ironside has a great team of coaches! Although I went to the same classes each week and had the opportunity to vary in only 3 coaches (Jarrod, Stacy and Patricia) due to my schedule, I have no doubt that the training provided and team atmosphere would mean everyone is equally exceptional. The customer service, ability to motivate and overall fitness knowledge was the best I have experienced in a group environment (and I have been to a lot of Group Exercise classes, at various facilities). The community of patrons and the overall health practice of gratitude and lifting each other up has been motivating at the wee hours in the morning. I have genuinely enjoyed my time at Ironside and would recommend to anyone looking to get motivated and feel strong.

  I really love Ironside fitness! The coaches are absolutely fantastic! I love how they are there to motivate you and push you to work to maximum potential. They are also great at correcting your form or giving modifications. The classes are never the same and only 45 minutes so it is easy to fit it in! They also offer more than just fitness training, they have nutritional counselling and things to help with your mindset!
  
  Patrick, one of the owners, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and always willing to answer all of my questions.

  So awesome....love the coaches....love the people....love the atmosphere....so welcoming and I would recommend this place to anyone starting or even continuing their journey to a happy healthy life

  The best experience I have had in fitness, with the most results! ???? Ironside Fitness is the perfect combination of inspiring, motivating, and challenging! All the trainers push you the perfect amount, to go harder, faster & heavier but without injury or making you feel negative about yourself. Ironside Fitness as a company is very professional, honest, trustworthy & encouraging! All the trainers are amazing role models to all of their clients & to the community! It has been a pleasure being a part of their community and I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with them!
