(October 24, 2018, 12:02 am)I had an item at the royal Oak Location before it closed down. I called about having it delivered we arranged for delivery to my house. The item was never dropped off and two phone calls and an email about the item have not been returned. Not sure if I will get my suit back now or not.
*Edit. After calling a 3rd time they were able to get my suit dropped off at my house. -

(September 4, 2018, 10:30 pm)I have been going consistently to this dry cleaning location for years, and not only are the staff friendly (includong the owner being there from time to time)... But the service is exceptional. Everything comes out perfect. Highly recommend.
