  Always a great experience. Have been going to the Center for Healthy Living since they first opened and it's always my go to for massage and other care. Friendly staff, genuine focus on your holistic well being in a pleasant setting. They have a convenient mobile online booking application and provide electronic receipts. Highly recommend.

  I have been attending Physiotherapy with Mehwa Kim for the past 5 months for treatment of chronic back pain.
  Mehwa is an awesome physiotherapist;
  She is very thorough and a great teacher ! Since I have been treated by her I have been able to reduce pain medication by at least 90 % as long as I follow her exercises and recommendations. The thing I appreciate most about her, is her "hands on" treatment and ability to inspire me to always do better.
  I am more than happy to refer anyone that needs therapy to see Mehwa.
  Mehwa has made a difference in my life!

  My husband and I have been visiting CFHL on a monthly basis for 6 years. Dr. Mark knows which pressure points require attention and I always feel relief after our session. Chelsea is a great massage therapist. She firmly works my stress areas leaving me relaxed. The front desk lady is attentive and always greets you with the smile. The entire team at CFHL are great.

  Very welcoming centre, friendly and professional staff. Always in good hands with the chiropractic and massage care! Very knowledgeable in their field.
