  Lindsay and Ali were an incredible help in my concussion therapy, but beyond that, they were able to assist & give exercises for issues that I had that were (seemingly) unrelated. Highly recommended!!

  I bet you're looking at Competitive Edge's Google page and wondering "Theres no way they have over 30 five star reviews!". Well, let me be the first to tell you that they are all 100% true. Lindsay and her staff are Highly Trained, Insanely caring, and just absolutely amazing! I had been in two bad vehicle accidents before a friend of mine referred me to Lindsey at Competitive Edge because the same old typical chiropractic routine just wasn't working. Lindsey had me back on my feet in no time. It was absolutely an incredible experience from start to finish. You may come for the service, but you will definitely leave with a friend! Please check this place out and please take the time for Lindsey and her team to make you new again!

  Upon my initial assessment, I was pleasantly suprised how Ally was interested in all injuries/pains that I had experienced and not just the immediate complaint that I was originally interested in. Ally takes the full hour at every appointment for assessment and treatment along with providing homework (therapeuatic and sport specific exercises) to promote long term improvements and reduce re-occurring problems.
  Since the beginning, we have been able to progress in making specific corrections per each body part for overall improved performance and longevity for my sporting activities. I have never experienced the quality of care and especially global body considerations when it comes to rectifying an injury or poor movement pattern instead of the local area alone.
  
  Since attending treatment at Competitive Edge, I can honestly say that I wouldn't have been able to continue my athletic training without it.

  Ally was amazing! She treated my issue with my ankle better than any other Physio in the city. I had gone to others and did not get the same result that has made my injury better. She was attentive and caring. I would highly recommend her to any patient!
