Car dealerships, new or used can be an intimidating place for anyone. My experience at the Automaxx location just off McKnight was very good. Excellent inventory and their prices were also very good. No pressure, just a commitment to make sure I was happy and was looking at vehicles on my terms and at my pace. The sales lady, Amerie, though young, was professional and knew what she was doing. She went out of her way to help my wife and I find what we needed. The sales manager was also a pro, very courteous and helpful. All in all a very good experience and would recommend Automaxx to anyone.

September 2016, I had to turn in my new 2014 wicked Escape due to the economy crash to driving a basic 2006 Tucson that always needed something done and cringed when winter arrived. Being a young female this feeling was not cool. Finally I decided to take the plunge in hopes of getting into a newer vehicle on Tuesday, January 29th. I contacted Dennis to start the process, my heart was racing when I did my application cause I knew my credit was repairing but I had a great recommendation to see him at Automaxx. He worked hard to get me a good rate & when I heard him say it's a good rate but I am not done yet was very amazing. Using this company for the first time; to have someone listen, understand my circumstances and to fight to help me say goodbye to the past was very heartwarming. I picked up my sweet 2017 Titanium Escape last Friday, February 1st from Dennis. Yep 2 1/2 days after my application I was driving my new vehicle. How's that for service!!! I am still doing the happy dance and all thanks to him. He is well experienced, has a huge heart and not just the typical salesman; he goes the extra mile and more. Thanks a million Dennis!!!
