  We had really great service at The Brick. Hardy is the best Sales Manager and really knows how to take care of his customers. Our salesman, Guri, was so helpful throughout the experience and expressed a lot of patience while we sat on the couch for an hour deciding whether or not to buy it.

  I have bought numerous items from this Brick location to furnish my new home. The sales person I used each time was Simona. She is a kind hearted, and fair person. She treats you like you are important and listens to your preferences to save you time from aimlessly roaming around the store looking for an item that suits your needs. She keeps you informed and in the know about when your order will be available for delivery and follows up with you to make sure your order was delivered on time and in good condition.

  Sales consultant Simona at the Calgary Beacon Hill Brick location was excellent. We had set up an appointment with her to view kitchen dinning sets the evening prior. When we arrived we asked for Simona and she was there to welcome us momentarily. She was friendly and approachable and rest-assured, not your typical breathing-down-your-neck sales consultant. She was available when we needed her, and we had two sets already in mind when we got there. She knew where the models were located throughout the store and brought us to them right away. She then left us alone to browse the entire store at our leisure but always made herself readily available whenever we needed her. This was also a very busy evening, mind you. The store’s VIP Sales Event. There were plenty of other potential customers in the store and Simona made time for us and treated us incredibly well. We ended up purchasing a 6-piece dinning set that we weren’t originally considering, thanks to Simona’s help. I would recommend anyone looking for a laid back and relaxed furniture shopping experience to set up an appointment with her. From one person dabbling in the world of customer service to another — I know and certainly appreciate great customer service like Simona had to offer. She anticipates customers needs and is very enjoyable to deal with. Cheers! - Michael & Corey

  Iman was extremely helpful while choosing a variety of furniture. She took the time to show us several options and made sure we got the best deal possible. She made what could've been an overwhelming experience very enjoyable and fun.
  
  Mo made buying a washer and dryer very easy. His expertise was appreciated as this was the first time we had ever purchased a new washer and dryer. He gave us honest opinions and a great deal on the model we chose.
