Beacon Heights Apartments

Lived here in 2018-2019, suite was very nice and had everything we were looking for at a reasonable price. Jackie was a bit irritable at times but I'm easy going so i didn't mind and she warmed up to us after a bit. Probably because we try to keep to ourselves and not cause problems. Parking is very lacking so street parking is rampant and the road you enter from is a death trap. That's the reason for 4 stars as I've almost been hitting multiple times trying to come out with parked cars blocking sight to on coming traffic.

We are very happy to let you know to we live in a very clean building and very nicely landscapes and very clean.We moved from a new building it was very dirty and it was not what we enjoyed living in.Knowing Jackie for a short period of time she is very strict on how things are done around here.Also as long as Jackie continues to stay here as a resident manager we cannot see us living anywhere else.She has a great stuff with who we are very happy .

PS Keep up the fantastic job you’re doing Jackie & your stuff

I moved Here from Ontario in a pandemic. But Jackie and her Team made it so easy, she was in contact with me through the entire process and had my suite ready upon my arrival.
The management team here is absolutely amazing, if you need something just email them and they reply within the hour.
The building are always clean and very well kept.
You can tell they all take pride in their jobs as well as the complex as it looks great outside as well.

Lived here nearly 2 yrs great clean well maintained buildings , good community management are amazing nothing is to much trouble for them. I recommend this place

Not sure why all the negative reviews for the Beacon Heights Apartments. I have been living with my girlfriend here for several months now and I am extremely impressed!

The buildings are always kept very clean and free of any odors. The carpets are always clean and get done every few months or more if needed, the lighting in the common areas and hallways are more then adequate and I have yet to see the elevator down for maintenance.

We live on the 3rd floor, it is peaceful and quiet and I have yet to hear any of our neighbors through the walls.

The building is in transition moving to a fob and scan system making easy access for tenants and more secure. Though in this neighborhood, along with low crime rate and the quick updates from Management about any crimes in the area, I have never felt more safe and secure living here. Definitely a place to raise a family.

Brian, Scott and Karen do an outstanding job to create a safe and well-maintained property and Jackie is just the best. It is always a pleasure when I go to the rental office and she is working, she has made my experience of moving here a great one and makes me laugh every time we meet. Thank you, Jackie!

Management also gives back to the residents by having holiday celebrations filled with fun and laughs for children and adults, free food and beverages, then they shows pics of the festivities and post them on the buildings bulletin board, showing a consideration and appreciation for all who live and visit here. Well done Team! 5 stars without a doubt.
