(April 6, 2020, 9:21 pm)Ram and Nassar are so great and they make our company run so smoothly with receiving our packages. They always assist me with carrying packages to and from my car and they give us a courtesy call when our packages have arrived. They have amazing customer service!! Thank you!

(August 16, 2019, 9:29 pm)I have recently rented a mailbox at this location and the service here has been exceptional and the store is always spotless when I go in, very impressed! It’s also right beside Starbucks and cobs so you can’t really ask for a better location!

(June 20, 2019, 1:44 am)I left an item in the Houston Airport and it was waiting for pick up at lost and found. I stopped at the UPS 28 in Kingsland and they organized everything and picked up my item. They sent me the tracking site which was great so I could see when it was in Calgary. This store did exceptional work for me and called me as soon as it was in. I will tell all my friends how great this went.

This is my second time dealing with these guys and first time they also helped locate a missing package that I was waiting for. Cheers!!!
