  The spa was clean and staff was friendly.
  
  I felt very rushed, I know that a 1/2 leg and eyebrow wax plus shellac mani/pedi takes longer than
  1.25 hours. Once I got home I had to take tweezers to my legs to get the hairs that were missed , had they used a brighter light in the wax room she would have seen the hairs.
  
  For the mani /pedi they need to place the polish right into the corners of the nail, otherwise after a week or so of being in the water the polish will start to lift and peel off.
  More attention could be placed on the hands after cuticle cutting like some oil to help heal the cuticle, AND don't press so hard when cutting the cuticle that hurts. They need to pay more attention to the customer and take notice if they are causing any discomfort.
  It was not relaxing by any means.
  
  I would not recommend nor will I go back.
