What appealed to me that made me start to work out again after a very long time was the flexibility of class types at different times of days in the week. About a month after I started to work out consistently, he started "The Project" which was his 8 week nutrition meeting. The way that Zac presents how to go about making changes in your eating lifestyle clicked with me as it wasn't "you have to do it this way!". At the end of the "The Project" I had lost 16 pounds and changed my body composition. If you're looking for someone that will not "cookie cutter" you and will figure out a way that it works for you...Zac is who you want to talk to!
