Richard was great to work with. He was both knowledgeable and professional, answered every phone call, worked quickly and carefully, and spent additional time to explain some of the intricacies of our new piano. His experience with pianos is obvious and a great asset. I will definitely be calling him for any future moving needs, pianos or otherwise. He took great care ensuring the move would go smoothly, worked around my hectic schedule and accommodated for last minute changes to this schedule by postponing the move when requested. He and his team made sure every detail was attended to so that the piano was moved without any damage and with absolutely no damage to our home. He then went above and beyond explaining how we could dampen the sound in our condo as to minimize noise for our neighbours. Friendly, informative, experienced and professional, ultimately a six stars out of five for service!
We used Precision for a complex sectional move into a mid-rise townhouse. Precision was creative, hassle-free, professional, and very diligent. We were especially impressed with how they treated our furniture - as if it was there own.
