  Very nice store with a good quality of products and very nice staff the place is clean but there is no bathrooms which is a thumbs down but other than that it is a great craft store!

  This was one of many visits to Michael's but this time I brought along my 10 year old granddaughter with me. This is her comment: " I love the store because there are so much interesting things to see." She also loves to shop there. Great concept, great store. Always a great experience.

  Handy little store. Has a giant fabric section now which is extremely helpful. They have a small amount of markers and could use more, but they are accessible. They should keep the GellyRoll Gel pens more up to stock as though the last three times I've gone, they have been out. Staff are usually never to be seen and more out in the store would be helpful.

  Pretty busy craft store, and there is usually a line at the checkout. However, the employees are nice and helpful. We had an item not scan in correctly and the cashier went and verified the signage. Even though it was an expired printout she honored completely.

  They carry some obscure crafting stuff, they regularly have coupons online that they will honour in store. Biggest knock is their POS system which takes a 3 item checkout almost 3 minutes... To be clear the staff is great but the computers they are working on are in a word glacial.
