  Fantastic one-on-one training facility for all ranges of athletic ability - newbies, athletes, people dealing with injuries, etc. The trainers are educated and knowledgeable and work to create programming tailored to your specific needs.

  Struggling to stick to a solid workout regime came to a complete stop when we started working out at Method. The trainers, facility, location - it can't be beat for a boutique workout experience.

  A fantastic boutique work out facility. They have the best trainers in town! They are friendly, knowledgeable and focused on setting and helping me achieve my personal fitness goals. If you don’t care for noisy overcrowded gyms this is the place to be!
