(July 4, 2019, 3:21 pm)Bought appliances here on a rush Tuesday night(9:30pm and closed at 10pm) after a competitor had told me that my order would not be filled. Luca department manager and another sales specialist helped me promptly by going in the back and locating all 4 appliances in a matter of 15 min which is extremely fast. Then at store close they continued to help me close the sale, matched the prices i had and ended up helping me until 10:35pm (35 min after closing) and also! set up delivery for the next day in the morning (which meant they had to go back, tag the orders, and set them up in delivery bay with very little time remaining in their shift). The next day i got a call 830am from their delivery team (not even 12 hours before purchase) that they were going to arrive at our apartment and were also very fast and had good customer service.

(July 2, 2019, 6:44 am)Way more helpful than home depot... I just wish that the prices were as competitive. However I asked for help and I got it. At Home Depot... Good luck. Staff pass you by, act like they don't wanna be there in fact it just seems like a bunch of grumpy old folks... But the prices seem to be more competitive

(May 24, 2019, 10:53 pm)So started out by the front door being locked. At 645am. They open at 6am. I knew what I was looking for, so I did not really talk to anyone inside. Just hoping for a quick in and out. Needed a few pieces of lumber, so once I had them, I went to the cashier, and no one was there. Waited around for several minutes, no one around. No workers at all. So I had to pick up all my stuff and carry everything back to the front. If your not going to have a cashier at the till, what is keeping everything from just walking out the door?
