  When one things of kind, caring, collaboration, and results driven it’s natural to have Alnoor Damji come to mind. As people we are constantly distracted with noise around us and often times we cannot distinguish between noise and our own voice, especially when it comes to our career and life. Frankly, we usually default to our parents, family, and friends voices in our head, we rarely have an opportunity to hear and nurture our own voice.
