  After a couple of consultation meetings I decided to go with the Clean Start weight loss program that is offered by Glenmore. Frankly, I can't say enough good things about it. If you do what the program book and the wonderful staff at Glenmore say to do, you will be able to surpass any limitations that you thought you were under for weight loss. I lost over 35 lbs going through the process. My original goal was only to loose 20. I found that seeing the immediate results was a great motivator to stick to it. Also, the fact that there is a set amount of time for the diet will give you a light at the end of the tunnel. It's not something that you have to keep doing until you will lose the weight. That will happen just by what you're doing. The health benefits started becoming evident 2 weeks into the process. My blood pressure has gone down and I have much more energy in my daily activities now.
  I'm just going to say that for this whole thing to work properly, you need to go in with an open mind and be willing to follow the advice you are given. Many of the things that are involved you may seem strange at first, but the results speak for themselves. Be prepared to take a hard look at how you've been doing things before you started and what changes you need to make. Go in for the weekly appointments when you are supposed to, and be ready to accept advice when it's offered. Don't go into this thinking you know better, because you probably don't. Again, I'm just speaking from personal experience. Good luck to everyone on their journey.

  I had the pleasure of working with Jenn during my Cool sculpting procedure. She was very informative and sweet during my initial consultation. I noticed fantastic results within a month, although they say it takes up to three months, the results were only getting better as time went on. If you're wanting to get rid of stubborn fat, I highly suggest visiting Glenmore Healthcare - regardless of your age or size!
