  We have been dealing with Heidi Alberto at the McKenzie Towne location for the past few years and I cannot imagine dealing with any other insurance advisor. She is a most pleasant, courteous individual who has always answered every question I have asked and does not hesitate to offer better and very often less expensive options with the same overall protection... always with patience, good humor and knowledge. She has provided us with and finds the best insurance coverage for all our vehicles, home and contents as well as pleasure crafts. My hope is that she will be there for many years to come and if she does choose to move she will let me know where to find her! Thank you for your amazing service Heidi. RuthAnne Scaddan

  This place is amazing! I am so glad that I came here first before going anywhere else! They have such tremendous service! If anyone needs to get insurance for the first time, I highly recommend this place as they listen to YOUR PROBLEMS and NEEDS. These people genuinely care about your Situation and they really try to help you out!

  I have been with Westland Insurance for awhile and will keep with them as I have always received great service. Dianne Brown is amazing and is always there to help me out and get things done so quickly.
  It's always very easy, comfortable and enjoyable to deal with Dianne.

  Excellent service! I would highly recommend Dianne Brown who found us a very reasonable policy for our 2 vehicles and a lot of work to get it through in time!
