  I went to virgin mobile to switch carriers I got an Iphone 7 plus for my husband.
  Jackie helped me out he was very accommodating he even gave me a few deals, He helped me look for a plan that would fit my budget, he even set everything up. All in all I got the phone and a new sim card it was fast and easy! GOOD JOB YOU GUYS!

  Great place, only 1 guy working when I came in and he was just finishing with another lady who repeatedly thanked him for all his help and patience. At the same time he was also on the phone with customer service for another customer (on and off hold). While doing this he helped me with my questions! Simply great. Jacky is your go-to guy, think he said he works Mon-Fri.

  Jackie, a sales rep at this location, should probably be the COO - or brand ambassador at the very least! What a professional, helpful young man.

  I have used this store since 2013 and always dealt with Luna. She is great to deal with and makes the process of purchasing a phone simple and with a smile!
  
  I called in the store today and she did a super deal on an Iphone 8, which beat 4 of Calgary's main phone suppliers.
  
  If you're looking for a new phone, upgrade or just a great deal; I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Luna!
