(February 27, 2019, 3:10 pm)Big sale on right now in ladies wear. I purchased some beautiful items for 60% off regular price, Jones of New York, Chaps, etc. These items will take me into autumn. A good buy. But be ready to look through well packed racks of clothing. Some were too packed to look through, which is a downfall. Not enough staff to help, and a line af the service desk. Good deals, need time to look.

(January 24, 2019, 8:32 pm)Purchased a new Sterns & Foster mattress from the Bay in September. Ordered a more firm mattress and wasn't happy with how firm it was. Was able to exchange it for a softer model without any hassle. The staff was very helpful and easy to deal with. Thanks, Ryan & Kelly

(January 13, 2019, 11:46 pm)Lenore in Men's Wear connected me with a great tailor. She helped me understand how the suit I wanted, that didn't fit well, could be tailored. In a single-income family, saving money on my work clothes is essential. Between the sale price on the suit and the tailoring (Sewing Legacy Custom Tailoring and Alterations), I bow have a first-rate suit that fits well and a VERY affordable price.

(January 2, 2019, 9:15 pm)I think it is important to recognize good service. An employee named Melissa Anderson answered the call when I left behind a package in the ladies dept. She checked around the ladies dept and then at the lost and found, where it was located. She had it set aside for me to collect. I am thankful she took time out of her busy day to deal with my situation with such integrity.
