Steve is an example of one who lives and breathes their passion. Continues to raise the bar on personal development.

After 5 years of unbearable Lower back pain during endurance exercises, and countless attempts of failed remedies ( Stretching, Acupuncture, Physio, Chiropractor. etc ) I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gronick.

His expertise in Neuro Kinetic Therapy and the understanding of muscle imbalances is an attribute I wouldn't put a price on.

Getting me back on the Hiking Trails / Soccer field without pain has been an incredible experience.

A wealth of knowledge, with a great attitude. A professional I will have at arms reach for many journeys to come.

I started seeing Steve in February 2013, continue to train with him to this very day, and have no plans on stopping. Under Steve's guidance I lost 60lbs, roughly 20% bodyfat and put on a significant amount of muscle the majority of which happened in the first 6 months training 2 hours a week. Far better results than I ever saw training on my own 5 days a week or than I even thought possible. He created a training program that works for me and a busy work schedule, is always available "off the clock" with any questions I have, and also guided me through some positive diet changes. This combined with his knowledge of NKT gives me no problems highly recommending Steve to anyone considering a personal trainer whatever their goals are. Outside of being highly effective he also keeps workouts interesting and challenging while working with his clients on a program that fits their time and budget.Go and see him before he has no room for new clients!

I love working with Steve, he is a great guy and works with me towards my goals. He is extremely professional and dedicated to working with me and others. His knowledge is insane, Steve is always willing to share his knowledge no matter what it is, his strength and conditioning workouts are always fun and innovative while still achieving results, and definitely ask Steve about his NeuroKinetic therapy, it has help remove the pain I had in my shoulders from separating both of them in football. Steve Is an amazing trainer and Mission Fitness is a great facility I highly encourage anyone and everyone to visit Steve.

I first met Steve because I was recovering from a torn muscle in my back, I was hopeful his techniques would correct any imbalances I had and help speed up my recovery. I was pleasantly surprised when not only did my recovery speed up for my back, he also discovered something I was suffering from that I had not told him about, migraines. He did his thing, and in no time at all my frequency and severity of the headaches was reduced dramatically to where they are a very rare occurrence at this point. And yet another unexpected benefit of working with Steve is that my golf game has seen some terrific improvement as well! I highly recommend Steve and his techniques for anyone looking to manage pain or just generally improve their well being!
