  Needed a new straw hat in a pinch before stampede.... I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with my hat shaped exactly how I wanted. Great service during a crazy time.

  I ordered a hat that had to be made as a gift, the customer service from Brian and the rest of the staff at Smithbilt were amazing. I'm really impressed with it and my Father was extremely happy with his new hat!

  They know their stuff. They recently moved to a new location just south of Crown Surplus. It took me awhile to find parking. I finally figured out where was some up behind the building, not the easiest to spot. Inside, I had great service. I got my old hat cleaned up and shaped and bought a new straw one. Lots to choose from.

  Went to buy a hat for my boyfriend's birthday and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming from the time we walked in. The second hat they put on his head was the winner, then they brought us downstairs to have the hat shaped according to his preferences and make sure it fit his head perfectly. The whole process took about 20 minutes and we were on our way with a brand new hat we can take back at any time to have cleaned or reshaped. You can tell they really care about their craft.
