(October 9, 2018, 12:50 am)Great beach to spend a hot summer afternoon. So glad to see they have the canteen open again so you can get something small to eat if you don’t feel like packing in food. Beach is always clean, the bathrooms could use a little more attention sometimes but they aren’t horrible. I enjoy spending time here.

(July 10, 2018, 5:43 am)Wonderful place to spend a hot summer day! Children under 5 get free admission, adults only $5, change rooms and concession readily available. The lake is well maintained and great for kids, whether for swimming, drifting around on a flotation device or building sand castles with moats, etc. I highly recommend this spot. If you haven't tried it, you should!
