  My Lexus had a 4 year old battery that didn't start after this cold spell. I tried calling AMA but they quoted a 15 hour response time, after you buy their membership. They also said that during cold weather, they don't do battery changes due to temperature and safety. I was told that AMA was too busy, and even if they did respond, they wouldn't give me a new battery.
  
  I've been taking bus and transit in the cold and was late for work for an entire week. My car doesn't start, so it's stuck on my driveway.
  I called up Service Force and they said they could respond in 3 hours. The technician arrived and, even though it was -25C, he happily replaced the battery. It was quick, efficient and the response time was same day. I would HIGHLY recommend Service Force because of that great service and professional.

  Fast and reliable service. Lou (the gentleman who came to boost my car) was open and honest about the whole process and was friendly and easy to talk to. Mark (the gentleman who scheduled me in) was easy to talk to and made booking a breeze. Very upfront about wait times and was willing to hold a spot for me in case I wanted to call around! The whole team was awesome to work with and very professional. Lou and Mark saved the day and a large bill from other companies. Book your service with Service Towing and you’ll be in excellent hands.

  Outstanding service from Mark at Service Force. He has the knowledge, product, and skill. He also spent time on the phone with me to advise me on the best way to arrange for his services. Excellent professionalism!

  Service Force was great!! I was stranded in Calgary on my way home to Edmonton from Medicine Hat. Marc helped me out with a boost and I really appreciated his recommendations. He answered my call once again when my SUV died on the side of Highway 2 in minus 40 degree weather! And he called me back later that night to make sure I made it back to Edmonton safely - now that's customer service!!!!
  Quality of service and price were great!

  Great timely service. I got helped within 15 minutes of my phone call. They’re upfront with the cost as well.
