  I’ve been a Scotiabank mortgage customer for well over 10 years now and rarely even stepped into a branch. I had some questions regarding reducing our payments. I Made an appt with a financial advisor, and within a few days Mr Andrew P. (At this location) walked me through a few different options and made some great recommendations. He put everything into perspective and he provided me with documentation and the peace of mind I was looking for. Highly recommended!!!

  I have been banking with Scotia since 2015 and have had an up/down experience with them. I'd have rated them 3 stars, but my most recent advisor - Jason Berfelo - has been excellent to work with since our accounts were moved over to him.
  
  Like any big bank, your experience will be dictated by the competency of the people you engage there. I enjoy banking with Scotia more than TD almost entirely because of my relationship with Jason. I send him an e-mail and he gets what I need done. He's easy to engage and work with, which makes it easier for me (considering my time is at a premium due to my business).
  
  Both my business and personal banking accounts operate through Scotia. I can be ... difficult... to work with, as I am very particular about my time and money. Jason handles everything I toss at him with professionalism and courtesy.
  
  So, if you're looking for a new banker, ask for Jason. He'll take good care of you.

  This branch is open on a Saturday! Ever forget about that one bill, or need to speak to a real live person-this is the place. All the staff were awesome, they had cookies out, and apparently I was not the first to discover a bank open on a Saturday. Regardless of how busy they were, service was quick and everyone was smiles! Way to show people what customer service is all about!
