(September 17, 2019, 11:15 pm)Overall 7 out of 10. I liked the personal touch, but why 3 people in the chain instead of just one constant? The upfront price was double everyone else, knowing that most do then raise their prices later. Our agent over promised on the timeline and I had to push and push to get the promised schedule back on track....which they did meet. Original quote was off by 30%, a little high. Movers on both end were polite, professional and on time. No damages, nothing missing.

Everyone was very professional, experienced, helpful, upbeat and easy to coordinate with in a timely and efficient manner. I am extremely thankful for my choice to use QMM and would recommend this service to anyone and everyone.
