Edit Six Months Later: All applies, still. Great employees but, like all legal outlets, awful and bone-dry product. Stick to your regular source unless you're new to cannabis. Google "Canadian mail order marijuana" for prices as low as $3 per gram instead of $10+

Friendly, knowledgable staff and competitive prices (product ranged from $9-$14/g), with the real stand-out being your employee Jason. This guy needs a raise! Shook my hand, fun and energetic personality, and talked with me about strains for at least 5mins. He knew his stuff and was hilarious, to boot.

I'm coming back because of you, Jason!

Edit: A friendly word of warning, do NOT buy the Indica Blend, the quality of it is beyond garbage. Dry as dust, no trichomes, very strange dirty smell... the first weed I've smoked that was a true 0/5 rating and I've been at this for decades.

I frequent Nova Cannabis more than any other dispensary for a reason. I have found that they truly went out of their way to hire people who not only excel in customer service, but really know their stuff. While you might (maybe, maybe not) find a slightly cheaper deal elsewhere, I promise you will not be met with the same level of expertise found at Nova. Staff elsewhere just don’t give you the same insider tips. They don’t give you advice, that even though it might not make the dispensary that extra sale, is better for the customer. Nova will. I refer everyone there because I know they won’t be let down. It doesn’t matter which staff member helps them, they’re all great! Having said that, there are a handful who I have found go above and beyond. If you have the pleasure of being helped by Sheila, Zo, Steve or Jason, you’ll probably become a loyal customer. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and put you at ease. Truly just exemplify exactly what you want to deal with when you’re looking for help making a selection. My hope is that they become so popular they have no choice but to extend their hours!

Great service and competitive prices... Compared with Four20 Premium Market, at least.

Went into Nova for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the store. Also was helped by a young lady I believe was named shela, (long brown hair and bangs) she was so pleasant and helpful. Took the time to explain things in great detail and showed me a more in depth perspective on cannabis. It was nice to be treated like I've been going to Nova for years. Thanks for the great experience. I will be back. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a nice shopping experience...like the Apple store of Cannabis. The layout is so well thought out as well as educational. The product choice was excellent and the service SUPERB. The team is friendly, not at all intimidating and the store is set up in a way that is so educating. If you are wanting to learn more about cannabis, or purchase flower, pre-rolls, capsules or oils then do not hesitate to check this place out. You will feel very comfortable and supported. I have been photographing cannabis products a lot as a commercial photographer, as well as using them to heal myself. I would actually like to work with them on a project I was so impressed
