from Calgary, arrived at my location for water tank issues. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service although I couldn't afford the repairs right away. But he did the service check and diagnostic, he is extremely professional and I appreciate that. He informed me about all the issues with water system and explained it to me since I am no PLUMBER. I will highly recommend this employee to anyone who is reading my review. I might not have hot water but I am a happy customer who actually understands what is wrong and how much I need to save up for the number of options I was given. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! -

(December 29, 2019, 6:54 pm)Absolutely stellar customer service start to finish with this company, the ladies answering the phones and especially with Jason and his never ending knowledge ofwtever I based him about the instant hot water system he repaired. I thought I would need a new water heater for sure but Jason fixed me up good. Will use again!

(December 28, 2019, 8:25 pm)We purchased a Nest thermostat and had some issues with our wiring to our furnace. Our technicians name was Dylan and he arrived within an hour of us calling. He was very friendly and very helpful with rewiring our electrical for our furnace. He did an amazing job explaining everything to us as we had not dealt with this before. Overall we want to send a huge thank you to Dylan, we hope he can be the one to help us with any future issues.

(November 21, 2019, 10:07 pm)Our furnace died a few days ago, so we called Need a Plumber and they were there within 3 hours. The technician Dylan was super helpful with providing us with options for the repairs or a replacement. As our furnace was 25 years old we decided to have it replaced, and they threw in a hot water tank on top of it for a reduced price. It was a very smooth process, and we are super happy we went with them.
