(February 21, 2019, 7:30 pm)The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. And didn't just ask me what make and model it was for, when I brought her a part from a forklift. I really appreciate the effort to find the part, instead of just trying to look it up in the system. Or saying they don't have anything available, simply because there's no listing.
