(June 19, 2019, 11:51 pm)Lots of easy to access parking. Store doesn't ever seem to be overly busy compared to their competitor across the street. Store is clean and last few times they had what I was looking for where as the other night box store did not (which surprised me). I have started going here first as they tend to carry more!

The people who work in the specific areas like Val in flooring, and people in hardware are amazing, helpful and patient. When it comes time to pay for a large order up at customer service the older ladies who work weekends don't seem to know what they are doing. It usually takes me 30 minutes to pay and organize sales and delivery. They don't want to give me the sale price because it isn't showing up on their computer but is all over the store in signs, so they are mad at me when they have to get the manager's card to override the computer. This has happened 3 times now. If something is on sale, make sure it goes through. -

I am sorry I didn’t ask for his name, but the gentleman in the tools department around 1:00 pm on May 6, 2019 went way out of his way to take care of my questions and followed up with my request. Very refreshing to find this level of customer service these days. Thank you!

(May 6, 2019, 8:29 pm)Needed a shower tiled. Spent $100 to get a quote. The quote was WAY higher than some very reputable places in the city. However I liked the guy I was dealing with. I did not get the work done here and lost my $100. But I wasn’t unhappy. Just did my research and it was about 20% higher for not as good quality of stuff.
