(March 10, 2020, 5:22 pm)Needed a part for a furnace in the manufactured home we bought. I sent a message on their website, not thinking I would ever hear back... it's rare that a company actually responds to their contact forms!
Not only did I hear back, but it was the very next day! Dyson got back to me and helped me find a local supplier for the part as well as detailed the part number and product details. Super helpful and FAST! Highly reccommended.

(November 14, 2018, 4:46 am)I am more than pleased with the parts team members, they handled many calls from me and guided me through some technical issues and finally I have heat. I paid a tech to come out and he couldn't solve my issue, these guys did over the phone at no charge!
