I recently inherited my grandmother's engagement ring and was devastated when I dropped it. One of the diamonds fell out (I found it, thank goodness), but I was heartbroken.

I had it resized (so this wouldn't happen again) and they offered to complete a appraisal along with the repairs. It turned out beautifully and was ready in less than a week!

There aren't enough words to let Janis and Ron know how grateful I am for looking after my ring from my favourite person. My grandmother is no longer with us so having this ring back and fully restored to its original glory has made me so grateful!

I can’t explain how amazing Janice and Executive Diamonds were. I had lost my wedding rings and was sent there by the insurance company. Right from the moment we walked in they were amazing. They took what was a stressful situation and defused it right away. By being super helpful they helped me re pick out a gorgeous set which was easy since they have beautiful jewelry. They helped re size me which was a big part because that was how I lost the the rings in the first place.
