  Just ordered my third EQ3 couch and couldn’t be happier with the experience. In two visits with Carla, we were able to narrow down our options for our new living room and pick colours. Such great service! Holding our order until we take possession of our new house was no problem so we could take advantage of a sale they were having which was so helpful. We chose to go back to EQ3 for this purchase because of how high quality their furniture is. Not only is it stylish but it’s also so durable and easy to clean... just ask my toddler! Can’t wait for them to arrive and assemble for us in the Spring!

  Tiffany was incredible to work with. As a designer, she came to our space and provided lots of great recommendations while also respecting our own sense of style and comfort. I normally get very overwhelmed when it comes to making decisions like this, but Tiffany made the process very easy, simple, and I dare say fun! I appreciate her professional and respectful approach, her great ideas out of the box, and her ongoing genuine care for our needs. Thank you Tiffany for being so fun to work with, we will be back.

  A nice store with high quality products. There were a lot of sales on when I visited the store and I left with a few good buys. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. Many of their pieces can be customized with different materials and fabrics, just bear in mind anything custom cannot be returned or exchanged. I only wish that they carried more items in stock, as it takes at least a few weeks for anything to be ordered in.

  Custom ottoman took 6 weeks longer than expected, but well worth the wait as the quality was terrific.
