Every training session is something new, she keeps you on your toes and keeps your body guessing as to what is coming next. Training sessions are laid back and Debbie will have you laughing. If you are looking for a trainer I highly recommend Debbie Scott!

Her lifelong passion for sport and fitness, along with her personal experiences, have made her a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I've never felt stronger and more confident. As someone with a physical job, staying in shape without overdoing it is very important and I trust Debbie with keeping me healthy. I have the utmost confidence in saying anyone who chooses to start training will not be disappointed!

I am self-employed so sometimes my schedule can be a challenge, since she works from home she has been able to provide a great deal of flexibility for me when it comes to scheduling.

(May 22, 2017, 10:42 pm)I have been training with Debbie for over 15 years, and I am happy to recommend her to anybody who wants to get fit or stay fit, in a pleasant low-key environment.
Her basement gym has all the equipment anybody could want. Her rates are reasonable and she is very knowledgeable -- gently correcting you if you aren't doing the exercise quite right.
