I wanted the softness of my water tested and when he discovered that his test strips were outdated by a year, he immediately went and bought a new test kit and returned. The answer was as expected (hard water, despite a new water softener)and he arranged a follow up visit to address the situation. He went above and beyond in the effort to provide a good service experience to a customer who was unhappy. Ace Plumbing really does make the effort to make their customers happy.

Morgan was the technician who did the work for us this time and I was very satisfied. He was on time, professional in his assessment and gave us various options for our desired piece of work. Morgan completed the work and did a great job cleaning the working area after he was done.
I would not hesitate in recommending Ace Plumbing for any residential plumbing jobs. -
