(August 5, 2020, 9:48 pm)I had a squeaky noise coming out of one of the 4 wheels. Called Mike for an appointment, and he was able to resolve the issue with me via the phone in 5 minutes!! No appointment necessary!
Where some other shops would charge me a couple of hundred bucks to come over just to look at it, Mike did a great job over the phone at no charge at all!
I would not hesitate to entrust my car to Mike's shop for any repair at all. -

(July 14, 2020, 8:12 pm)This is the best value auto shop I've ever dealt with. They are honest and fair and charge based only on what they do. If it's a half hour of labour, that's what you see on the bill (i.e., no minimum charge). I've also had them diagnose over the phone and figured out an issue wasn't a big deal.

(July 7, 2020, 11:52 pm)I have been very impressed with Mike and Mike's Auto Service. I have tried a number of other shops and always had the feeling repairs cost more than they should. I recently posted a note on Nextdoor to ask people in my neighborhood who they recommend for auto repairs. Out of the over 50 replies I received an overwhelming number recommended Mike's. I have taken two vehicles in so far and have been impressed with Mike's excellent service and good sense suggestions each time. A 5-star rating is well deserved and this is now "my place"!.
