  Allison is always so inspiring and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. Love this girl, such a wonderful teacher and always positive, I also love her humour.

  It happened slowly, subtly. Hardly appreciable until it was too late. Now here you are. That crossroads in the fat journey. Decision time. Will you steel your resolve and escape the precarious rabbit hole of gluttonous contentment? Or embrace complacency and settle into the physical manifestation of a thousand short-sighted choices grounded in instant gratification – the dad bod. And make no mistake, it’s already begun taking hold. A formidable adversary, skilled in the timeless art of seduction. “Have a cocktail”, “Burgers are protein”. They warned me the devil would be attractive.
  
  Fevered soul-searching leads to one inevitable conclusion – you’re not ready to surrender. But faced with the flabby atrocity in the mirror, the promise of reclaiming former glory feels hopelessly out of reach. Where do you even begin?
  
  Of course you’ve heard the legends. Whispers telling of a mecca of physical restoration and rejuvenated mind. A Shangri-La of toned guns and sweet abs. Referred to by some as "haht rume", by others simply as "skulpt". Worth a try. Anything to escape the Möbius strip of mediocrity and unfulfilled potential.

  It’s been 12 months and you scroll through ‘before’ pictures in wide-eyed disbelief, alarmed and ashamed at how badly you’d let yourself go. A pathetic shadow of the Vitruvian Man gradually being molded from the ruin under Her exacting tutelage.
  
  Drill sergeant, teacher, motivator. Sculptor and clay.
  
  A disembodied voice rings out in the silence echoing that eternal question contemplated by thinkers and philosophers across the ages; “Hey, where’d you get that body from?”

  Since beginning my Spin Journey, i have found that HotShop has been the most amazing experience for me. The energy from the instructors and the vibe is just so awesome. I recommend going here for sure. If you are looking for hot yoga classes, spin classes, or the combo classes, they have you covered. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, well the instructors are very good, and allow you to have a fun and safe experience. Starting out as a Newbie, they really take good care of new clients and new people to either spin or yoga. I love this place and the HotShop community.

  My yoga practice grew exponentially with the help and guidance of the amazing teachers at this studio! Love the spin and yoga combos, love the intensity and high energy of the spin and being able to have a proper stretch in the hot room after is the best! Love the HotShop community!
