  The trainer helped keep me motivated. Great music to keep me going and not give up. The staff is so welcoming and personable.

  Trainers are great and front desk staff are really helpful. I always have issues with my monitor though! The equipment is well taken care of and there are lost available.

  Absolutely love this place. The trainers are wonderful, and the staff are pleasant and friendly. Best group fitness I've been to. I feel like 'part of the family' when I go, and I don't feel embarrassed about my fitness level. Money well spent.

  I love that everyday is varied, so different and energizing! Not a single time has a workout been the same. The coaches are incredibly fun, motivating and the music is high energy.. not to mention it's the best full body workout I've ever experienced.

  Oh boy, what can I say about this place. I love this gym and the membership. I got in at the new studio at I introductory rates. I am stepping up my game at each workout that is as challenging as you make it. I love the heart rate based workouts that are different daily and fun..good music and wicked trainers. Losing inches and building muscle and stamina quickly.
