(December 12, 2018, 11:40 pm)I booked a follow up appointment for 3pm on a Tuesday. I came in ten minutes early, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. Half an hour passes. I approach the girl working to ask when I will be seen and I’m THEN told that they are behind schedule and it would be a 45 minute wait from the time of arrival.
I completely understand appointments getting pushed back due to a number of reasons. That is completely fair.
What is frustrating and should be noted here is the lack of respect for the clients and their time. I would have appreciated on arrival to be told that the wait would be as long as it was, then I (the customer) would have had the choice to reschedule as my time is also valuable. Communication is key with good customer service.
I ended up waiting an hour before my appointment but what made it less frustrating was the girl who did the ultrasound. Her as well as the last girl I had were really great, and very apologetic. -

(April 12, 2018, 6:41 pm)All the staff is highly professional and welcoming. Robert from the advanced spinal clinic reception is a great asset to that organization. Personnel is accommodating, patient and very knowledgeable. The facilities and equipment are cutting edge and parking is very convenient. Thank you for making this experience less painful for my mom Carmen. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this place.

(March 26, 2018, 2:12 pm)The customer service is excellent. I messed up and brought my mom on the wrong day. They went out of their way to get her in for her treatment saving us another trip. They are great! My mom is having a series of image guide injections.
