  To be honest, I've had a few experiences with gyms in different countries and they all offer pretty much the same thing - standard equipment and freedoms to do your workouts. But VAGUS!? Hell no, this experience is something I haven't seen before. It's a small group of very passionate people (I mean, VERY passionate people) who love taking care of you, from the time you step in the door or get in touch until you get to be a seasoned member... And in this gym, you actually make friends with trainers and other customers that you can have for years to come. It's especially good for giving injury treatments. That's a big speciality of theirs too!

  This gym is the whole package for all you folks looking for awesome fun workouts with a good looking group of trainers. Let me be the first to tell you that you are going to love this place not only because everyone here is SMART and FUNNY. Now, all jokes aside our clientele really makes this environment a special place because its not just your run of the mill gym everyone doesn't say a word, and just awkwardly shuffles through their workout (besides that gal SAV because she really needs the focus okay sorry). This place is a COMMUNITY people. Get in here, no regrets will be had. If I could give 20 stars out of five stars, I most DEFINITELY would.

  This place is a lifesaver...literally. My husband and I go regularly, to maintain and build muscle and to stay in shape to enjoy our other activities like cycling/hiking/travelling and walking the dog! This past year my husband faced major heart valve surgery and because he was in such great shape, he handled the surgery with no complications and is fully recovered. Thanks to Jeff and all the other great trainers- we are grateful!

  This place turned my life around. I am stronger and more confident than I have been in many years.
  I worked with Jeff. He created a personal plan for me that had me starting slow because I had never lifted weights before. We concentrated on getting my technique right so I always felt safe. Jeff revised my exercises as I grew stronger, so it was always interesting and kept me motivated. He pushed me to do my best and that allowed me to get the most out of each visit. The other trainers are also attentive and always willing to offer encouragement and suggestions.
  It’s a great place to regain a sense of yourself.
